안녕하세요. 제가 작년 12월 17일에 상품을 주문했는데 주문한 물건이 아직까지 도착하지 않았습니다.


배송상태별조회 에는 상품준비중(Preparing Shipment)이라고만 표기가 되있는 상태입니다. 


어떻게 된 것인지 궁금해서 문의를 드립니다. 

주문번호는 20211217-0001081, 20211217-0004527입니다.
