Title I'm very disappointed!

1) I bought two T-shirts four weeks ago, ... i'm still waiting!!!


2) I bought one sneaker, but the size was too small. I want changed the sneaker one size bigger, but nobody take my phone call ;-(


My conclusion:   This is not normal sportswear company, it's too customer unfriendly.
